Believe it or not, Carholme Ward isn’t just the West End area, it stretches much farther than that. The interests and needs of our area are as vast and diverse as the residents who live here. The Carholme Neighbourhood (and Community) Plan Forum (CNPF) is keen to protect and enhance our area for generations to come.
